He has over 30 years of experience in law, specialising in intellectual property and its use in commercial and corporate contexts. Adam has advised a wide spectrum of parties involved in the innovation process, including research institutes, start ups, venture capitalists, investment banks, SMEs, large Australian and multinational corporations on transaction and governance issues.
