Dr Allen Yeo Allen specialises in patent information and intelligence systems. As a Technology Analyst in the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), he provided advice to public research institutes in Singapore, creating intellectual property portfolios through to patent intelligence in supporting technology commercialisation and licensing. During this time, he worked with national and international clients such as the Defence Science Organisation (Singapore), Philips (Netherlands) and Singapore Prime Minister’s Office. Allen is also an Honorary Advisor to Oliver Quek and Associates, an intellectual property law firm in Singapore. |
