Don Loch is an expert in both the development of new pasture varieties and seed testing. He has extensive agricultural experience many countries in the region, a long involvement with plant breeder rights' and is on the Executive Committee of Asia's leading seed association (APSA). Don has extensively studied the role of plant breeder rights' in seed supply systems in North America, Europe, China and Japan.
