Frances has over 16 years experience in practising Intellectual Property Law. Her current area of focus is geographic indicators in Asia-Pacific. She moved to Australia having spent almost nine years in Hong Kong where she was a partner in one of Hong Kong’s leading IP practices. Frances manages the worldwide trade mark portfolios of Lend Lease and MLC as well as the Australian portfolios of John Fairfax Publications, David Jones and GlaxoSmithKline.
