Regional Director and Counsel, Asia-Pacific International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC)
Mr Ang has extensive experience with the establishment and development of collective management of copyright organisations across Asia Pacific.  He served as an Advisor to the Composers and Authors Society of Singapore (COMPASS) and the Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP) based in Malaysia.  Mr Ang is currently an Advisor to Kayra Cipta Indonesia (Indonesia) and the Filipono Society of Composers Authors and Publishers (FILSCAP). He is a current member of the Complaints Committee of MUST (Chinese Taipei) and a Director of the Copyright Licensing and Administration Society of Singapore.  Mr Ang has also undertaken numerous expert missions on behalf of  the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Bhutan, Papua New Guinea, the Forum Island Countries (of the Pacific) and Mongolia.
