Jari is responsible for the development of Nokia’s IPR Strategy with a focus on China. Before this he was working for Nokia China and Japan and was responsible for R&D, technology, standardization, and intellectual property rights. In China, he chaired the European Chamber of Commerce IT & Telecommunication Working Group in China.
