Owen has over 30 years experience working in technology and intellectual property management and commercialisation for both research and corporate organisations. Prior to taking up his current position, Owen was General Manager, Intellectual Property with Australia’s leading telecommunications company, Telstra Corporation. He also held the position of Executive Director at Freehills Technology Services where he established an intellectual property consultancy business.
